Product Blog: ASI BRIXX – Long Quarter Curb

January 20, 2018 by MartinB. | 6:11 pm

About ten days ago I´ve visted Berlin with my girlfriend. This trip supposed to be more a shopping and tourist trip than a fingerboard trip. But to be honest, you can´t go to Berlin and not visting the ASI Berlin Shop and Timo Kranz. I really needed to go there, because up to this trip I´ve seen the new “layout” of the shop on pictures only.

So as a surprise I´ve visted the store without telling anyone before. Timo was really surprised about this and arrested me directly for a #fiveonflat (watch it on instagram: Click!). But thats not all, he showed us around and told me the latest news about the shop, whats coming next, new brands at the store and his latest product line-up of ASI BRIXX. And gentle as Timo is, he gave me one of his new ramps to shred. So let’s have a look at the latest ASI BRIXX creation:

This ramp is made from concrete. It´s spray painted with several colors and this is the reason why this ramp got that fancy jawbreaker look. Timo made the mold for this ramp on his own and the size is just perfect. This is something like a really long long long long concrete quarter together with some wallie curb attitude on the other side. Just check out the shape of that thing. The ASI Brixx logo is tagged on the ramp. This gives the ramp some sort of trashyghettocredibility. Because this ramp is made from concrete it rolls perfect and the sound is squeezy. This ramp is a huge evolution in the history of ASI BRIXX. The first, second and probably third generation of these ramps were pavement rocks in different shapes. Just check out my old review about ASI BRIXX over here: Click!

How to order? Well, Timo is working on a webshop at the moment. That means there are only two ways to order your Brixx right now. Go to the ASI Berlin Shop in Berlin or contact Timo directly on Instagram (@asi_berlin_shop) or on Facebook: Click! You can order everything via dm so you don´t need to wait till the webshop is here. Feel free and write Timo a message! With every order you help Timo to keep this place alive.

Good job Timo! This ramps is sick! I really appreciate everything you do for me and for our scene. Can´t wait whats dropping next.
