Redesign!!!1

Everything changes – Even our design.
After having one and the same design for many years now, Martin and I decided to change it. The one we’ve had before was oldfashioned and didn’t fit our needs anymore.
This ist the first site, we did 100% by ourself. We coded and designed it, we solved all the problems you have while putting together a website, and worked long nights over it.
Maybe you’ve already recognized the new features like the new sidebar. It’s the home of all “features”, that means articles worth reading, great videos and all the stuff, that doesn’t simply fit in the category “news”. So all the good articles/videos/stuff will be more visible to you and you don’t have to waste time by searching the site for it anymore.
To give you an impression about our work on this site over the past weeks, I’ll show you some screenshots of the different stages the site went through:
This design was the first mockup we did. You can see some features like the already mentioned articles in the sidebar already. It was done n photoshop and was the basecamp for further explorations in coding.
You can see soe progression in this screnshot. It’s the first coded version. It’s a more slim variation of the mockup with much more focus on some kind of “modern webdesign”. The header is kinda similar to the old one in the fingerboardtv 2.0 version we put up after our move from blogspot to an own server with a real wordpress content management system runnin on it.
This version already shows the huge header. The graphics in it are just used as some kind of placeholder. This one is very similar to the final version but the colors are a mess and it looked kinda weird. We keept workin on the page…Until the final version you can see on your screen right now.
So, this was our journey through the different versions. You can see, we put a lot of work in the redesign and we hope you like the new page. Over and out.

The first time ever we got an info blog and no product blog. BECAUSE I´ve checked those decks at the Soest contest and don´t have one with me.

Hey guys & girls!
Ya all should know this weekend the Battle At The Harrics #3 take place in Berlin! Ya heard right, round threee will kick your ass.
But this reminder is not about the event itself, its some generel info for Berlin. May some of you remember the official ASI Berlin anthem I´ve posted some months ago? If not check out the article over here: Click! Or watch the video right now:
Well, I came accross an information lately, when you´re in Berlin and people asking you about the official anthem and you don´t know about it, you get kicked out of Berlin. No joke! So make sure to load that song on your iPod or whatever and MAKE SURE you know about it!
Now have fun in Berlin and always remember: No risk, BUT fun!

And btw, if you see Flaki & Danjo give them some props for their major inlineskate-skills in this video!
