What. is. UP SHREDDERS !?! Skip the bullshit. Lets get right into talking about the all new F3 Formula. In my opinion, it is the best cross between the F1 and F2 (for those who are familiar) . While maintaining the toughness and durability of the urethane we were able to give it a feel familiar to to Original Formula. A bit more bite, but not too much.
We are always striving to enhance the feeling of a real skateboard and this is the closest one yet. It’s been in development for quite sometime, but that is because working with chemicals is complex and takes some of trial and error to get it just right.
So, with further ado, Welcome to the 24 hour F3 SWIRL-TACULAR!!! Let’s face it. You know furry dude loves you all. And because we are really REALLY excited about the new Formula, we decided to do a couple of things to make the release more fun for everyone! Product Blog: Hütte 35 – Handpainted Cruiser Deck

Some days ago I´ve received a message from Jakob on facebook. He asked me if I would like to do a review about one of his Hütte 35 decks. I said yes and one day later (shipping in Germany) I´ve received a package from him.
In the package was a handpainted cruiser deck. I´ve checked the Hütte 35 Instagram page (@huette35) and the artwork on the deck was made by Jakob´s girlfriend. So let’s have a look at a nice handpainted cruiser deck:
Shape:
The shape is a deep, well defined shape. I really like flat shapes on normal fingerboards, but in my opinion cruiser and oldschool decks should have a deep shape. You need a deep shape to handle bowls and other “hard to ride” spots.

Hütte 35 is a one fingerboarder company from Germany. Jakob makes all the decks by hand. Ok, this time his girlfriend did the artwork. Everything else is made by him. I really like the deep brown wood and the owl on the bottom ply. The deck is overall really artsy and well done. Jakob got a lot one of a kind decks on his instagram acount. The last few weeks got more and more back in the days vibes. The scene is getting smaller again and back in the days there were “hundreds” of german deckmaker. I think small companies like Hütte 35 still got that vibe. Like the time before the first big boom hits the fingerboard scene. I really appreciate the work the “one man shows” do for fingerboarding even as the big companies contribution to the scene. The scene needs ya all!
