Well, in these covid days with social distancing and everything it really feels like living in a submarine sometimes.
BUT, these days could be a push forward for fingerboarding. The people are more at home and maybe some more people fingerboard more than before. So you´re fingerboarding more? Well, then you need maybe a new deck. What about a nice Systeam fingerboard deck?
Two years ago we made a short travel to Russia already. Now it´s 2020 the Russian fingerboard scene is still here. It really seems that he scene is still growing in Russia and thats a fact the whole fingerboard community should like. Today we will have a look at a fingerboard deck made by Systeam fingerboards from Russia. Systeam is in the scene for a while now so I´m really happy to present such a nice board to the fingerboardTV audience. Let´s check out the Systeam SFG yellow blank deck:
Shape:
This shape is called the SFG shape. This deck is 34mm wide. Look at the shape, it´s clean and well done. Some shortfacts about this shape:
– medium concave
– low kicks (slightly below average)
– length 96 mm
– width for choice 33, 34 or 35 mm (this deck is 34mm wide!)
– the base of the kicks have a continuation of the concave
‘SFG’ – an extraordinary, professional model of fingerboard decks that meets all current global trends. Systeam always distinguished by the fact that we are not afraid to experiment, to do something new and not to stand still, this soundboard shows this as well as possible.

Systeam fingerboards are handmade in Moscow, Russia. The decks are 34mm wide and the shape is all over medium. This deck is just yellow. A sunshine yellow color, strong and amooth. All you need for a clean blank deck.
The craftmanship of this deck is a 10 of 10 like every deck I had from Systeam before. Nothing is warped and all the edges are perfect sanded. The holes are drilled perfect sraight and the countersinks are clean as well. This deck is a really good product from Russia. If you order a deck you will get some stickers and a sheet of tape as well.
