FBTV Interview – Nina Pischke0
October 25, 2010 by MartinB. | 5:46 am
Hello Nina! Tell us about who you are, where you from and whats your daily business.
– Hey! My name is Nina Pischke, I’m from Frankfurt (Germany), I’m 17 years old and currently a student at my local high school. Besides that I’m a moderator on the fingerboard.de forum, which should be noted as a fulltime job!
How do you get in touch with fingerboarding?
– Well most of the times I get in touch with it with my middle and index finger ;-)
Apart from that I love to hang out with all the awesome people I met through fingerboarding. That’s why I love to go to events and have a good time.
Whats your current setup?
– My current setup is my Flaked Promodel (thanks Flaki!), Blackriver Trucks with WinklerWheels Blackriver edition and some extra smooth tape from Fingerboardstore on top.
What is your favorite trick?
– I love backside Bigspins and Hardflips. But in the last years I rode a lot of miniramp, outdoor, downhill and oldschool. It’s so fun to find out what is all possible on a fingerboard.
Do you have any favorite rider or a video that influenced you?
– All the people I met through fingerboarding influenced me in a way, especially all the ones with a creative and unique style. When I just started fingerboarding, videos of contests and jams stoked me a lot, because they showed what fingerboarding is about: having fun with friends.
Which fingerboard experience you liked the most (contest/jam/session)?
– Probably the most crucial point in my “fingerboard life” was the first jam in Wiesbaden, where I met other riders for the first time. It’s so cool to hang out with all these great people. When you go ride together, everybody’s laughing and having a good time. I love that!
And finally do you want to thank someone?
– First of all I want to thank my sponsor Flaked and the Shit Hessens Crew for supporting me. Then I would like to thank everyone who I met through fingerboarding and all these great people who have a good time riding and helping fingerboarding in its progress! And thanks to FBTV for the interview ;-)
THX Nina!

FBTV Interview – Jeldo Ulpts1
October 22, 2010 by MartinB. | 9:22 am
Hello Jeldo! Tell us about who you are, where you from and whats your daily business.
– Hey, my name is Jeldo Ulpts and I´m from Germany/NRW/Lünen.
I´m 18 years old but next week I´m 19 ( hell yeah!)
At the moment I´m going to school and in my free-time just meet with friends, go skateboarding or fingerboarding in the evenings and at the weekend-> Partey Partey Partey
How do you get in touch with fingerboarding?
– My first contact with fingerboarding was when I saw my cousin riding a mini-plastic-skateboard ( 2003 I guess).
Whats your current setup?
– My setup is a 32mm Berlinwood/Pornstorm/white with some Blackriver Trucks and FlateFace Wheels.
What is your favorite trick?
– sw bs flips
Do you have any favorite rider or a video that influenced you?
– Boris Dietschi , Harry because he lives fingerboarding in everything he does…
I like every fb-video with a nice song, creative perspectives and personality. It´s boring to see only tricks, tricks, tricks on a desk!
Which fingerboard experience you liked the most (contest/jam/session)?
– In my view it was the monster magazine party in Berlin. I´ve seen a lot of Skaterboard Pro´s like-> Tony Hawk, Eric Koston, P.Rod and many more!
It was very nice because I talked with Kenny Anderson about fingerboarding and he was so stoked about it.
He never believed me that you can do those things with a piece of wood and your fingers.
It makes me happy when I can show people that a fingerboard is not only a toy! For me it´s a lifestyle and it´s very cool to meet people from all around the world because of only one thing: Fingerboarding.
And finally do you want to thank someone?
– I would like to thank all fingerboarders who create the scene.
Blackriver & FlateFace for supporting me..
AND YOU Beckmann for the Interview ;)
THX Jeldo!
