fingerboardTV in trouble – SORRY!2

Well….
We received an email concerning § 86a StGB (german law). This paragraph is about using forbidden signs in public & in general. Like, for example, german Nazi-Symbols.
We check every video & photo to make sure there is no forbidden content on our site, but even we, in this case I, make mistakes. I´ve posted a video and the guy in the video is wearing a Mystery Skateboards Shirt.
Well, many of you girls & guys living outside of Germany dont think this is a problem, but the S in the Mystery logo is the S of the SS – Schutzstaffel (Protection Squadron or defence corps, abbreviated SS). Long story short, SS = forbidden! If you want to know what the SS exactly was, check this: Click! This is some part of the german history you should know about.
SO, we at fingerboardTV don´t want Nazi stuff over here, we don´t like Nazi stuff and there won´t be any Nazi stuff in future.
Regards,
MB
Hi Fingerboard TV Team! Thanks for showing that you take your job seriously. Websites as yours have to be aware of the responsibility towards the mainly young fans. Even the German youth knows little about §86a StGB. Using NAZI symbols as “stylish graphics” (shirts, decks, …) is not a trivial offense but a criminal offense that could be prosecuted. Regards, Marian (big fan of your website)
you made a good decision banning this things, they suck, respect and you’ll be respected! I hope that this won’t stop the activity of FBTV! Go on!
