Berlinwood Fingerboards was founded by Timo in 2002 in a time when plastic was the most common fingerboard. Handcrafted 5 ply decks available to everybody distributed by the strongest influence to the scene… Blackriver-Ramps!

I still remember ordering my first ever Berlinwood. It was around 2002/2003 and I´ve ordered a maple bottom Berlinwood directly from Timo. Since I started fingerboarding I got countless Berlinwood. Always some really fresh wood and some years later with a bunch of the first super fresh graphic decks. Timo did and does a great job. It´s hard to tell you everything Timo has done for fingerboarding.

Until now Berlinwood is steadily in progress with its developments. Several generations of fingerboarders from all over the world appreciate and love Berlinwood fingerboards. Berlinwood fingerboards are made of five wooden plies. Apart from being manufactured by professionals the fingerboards are “100% handmade in Germany“. I don´t think I need to tell you something about the Berlinwood quality. Nearly every fingerboarder knows it. The decks got solid colors and are just highend fingerboard decks. You wont regret to buy a Berlinwood ever. I think 99% of all the fingerboarder knows about this. Berlinwood is here to stay and if you are interested in a huge part of the fingerboard history? Mastermind Timo Lieben was the first to manufacture professional wooden fingerboards the way skateboards are made. The Berlinwood website is online with a shit load of pictures and many facts behind Berlinwood. Make sure to check that out! CLICK CLICK CLICK!

About Bastl Boards. This brand is a skateboard and longboard brand from Leipzig, Germany. At Bastl Boards the mantra is quite simple: have fun skating. Bastl thinks that no rider should have their skate progress hindered by their deck, which is why they absolutely take a quality over quantity philosophy to our production. With three different collections to choose from they back up riders of all styles, skill sets, and attitudes. Together with their team riders who are located all over the world we’re constantly working on new constructions and shapes. Prototyping and being on top of the notch is a big part of the brand’s philosophy. Since day one they continously collaborate with local artists who help us making our decks so unique. Everytime we develop a new construction or reshape the models they ask an artist to design the whole collection. Why not comprehend a skate shop as a gallery? Skateboards are the perfect platform to present art from the streets on the streets. Bastl Boards, founded in 2008, is indeed a family business.
